The assembly work for our Powder Coating Line II with clean room technology is currently underway. After completion of the plant, which is planned for mid-2017, this department will be able to increase its capacity and especially the quality of our service to a high degree.
Project description
1. Circular conveyor incl. steel construction
2. A-dryer: for pre-gelling the seam seal in the rebate area
3. Clean room powder cabin incl. ventilation and air conditioning
4. Powder coating system based on dense current technology
5. Powder curing oven with gelling zone incl. lock in the low temperature range up to max. 100°C
6. Supply air unit for overpressure ventilation in the clean room – for exhaust air from the powder filter and fresh air from the hall. Alternatively, we can also add missing supply air from the hall.
7. Resource-saving high-performance fans
8. Robot for fine seam sealing
9. Creation of 6 additional jobs
These expansions result in new manufacturing options, faster work processes, optimised logistics and a higher quality standard in order to be able to meet our customers’ future product requirements at all times. With these new production processes, we can better master the economic challenges of the coming years and sustainably secure jobs in the Lebring region.
