By installing a wet painting system that feeds material into the paint booth directly after the KTL coating process, we can also meet the demand for wet painting on KTL paint.

Overview of the company history:

1992-2003:

• Expansion of hall space from 400m² to 3,000m²
• Personnel increased from 8 to 34 employees

2004-2007:

• Addition of new production hall 5 with an area of 2,000 m²
• Planning, construction and launch of the KTL system and a fully automatic powder coating line
• 44 employees

2012-2014:

• Expansion of production hall 7 with an area of 3,000 m²
• Acquisition of a two-tier curing oven with a sophisticated transport system and lifting and lowering station over two floors
• 92 employees

2013:

• Acquisition of the site in Lebring, Styria, with a site area of 13,500 m²

2015 – 2018:

• Start of adaptation work in Lebring and planning begin for a KTL and a powder coating line
• Launch of the KTL system from Eisenmann and the powder coating system using dense-phase technology with a circular conveyor for clean room requirements at the Lebring plant
• Launch of a NAD robot to increase efficiency and production accuracy

2018-2020:

• Installation of a photovoltaic system for the entire roof area in the Lebring plant
• Installation of a further powder coating line with infrared powder baking oven at the Griffen plant
• Planning of a sandblasting system at the Griffen plant
